Sessions are specifically designed to build confidence & self-esteem, improve social & communication skills, as well as optimise physical health & well-being
Fred – whose roots are in dance & choreography – also gives great dance classes for children in small groups that are held in & around the fitness studio in Wandsworth South West London.
Kids´ Fitness
Fitness with Style Active Kids fitness training is a specially designed module for today´s children, especially those living in London:
- A unique programme based around activity & learning
- Specially designed to build confidence & self esteem
- Helps children improve their physical well being as well as their social & communication skills
- Exercise training & supervision can be delivered at home
- Registered with REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals)
- Price only £10.00 (studio) or £15.00 (home) per hour/per child
Kids´ Dance
Does your child love moving to music? Kids Dance classes give your child the chance to be creative & experience the world around them through dance & music.
Kids Dance lets children explore movement, rhythm & texture together through lively dance exercises
Kids Dance Structure
Classes includes "follow-me" dance warm-ups, exercises to explore the movement possibilities of a particular object, stories & songs.
The children enjoy revisiting some of these activities in future sessions & the class follows a similar structure each week, to encourage familiarity & confidence.
Kids Dance Music
Music is an essential element of Kids Dance & opens the children´s ears to a wide range of different sounds - anything that makes us want to get up & boogie!
Social Benefits

Street Dance
A relative newcomer in the dance market, street dance classes are set to music including funk, R&B, street fusion. This style of dance is modern and flexible, so teaching it gives great leeway in choreographing routines. Like jazz, creative children will love street dance, and many more will enjoy the popular current music

Kids Dance classes are always in taken in groups usually of 6 to 10 kids
